Towels and sheets very old. There were a hole behind the door of the main bedroom also. The house needs a renovation, in my humble opinion. Anyway, the better is the terrace and the quite place. The WiFi worked very well. Very nice house with loads of room, all the items needed to feel like home when on the road. Check in and out couldn't have been easier!

This is a one of a kind place to stay. Gary made the experience really smooth, and we never had to ask for anything. Pretty nice restaurants nearby too. We had a wonderful stay at Gary's pool house.
Instructions were clear on how to get there and check in was really easy even though we were late coming from work. The guide book that was left was extremely useful: Cupboards were stocked with essentials and there were lots of nice touches about the place - towels included, the Bluetooth speaker system and the extremely comfy bed.

Our children had a fabulous time interacting with the horses in the stables under Gary's supervision. Our stay on upper Henton Farm has left me dealing with one of life's great dilemmas.
When you find something so great, you don't want to tell anyone about it so you can keep it all to yourself or to do the right thing and give them the review they deserve. Against my better judgement I am going to do the right thing and tell you how great it was, though this could mean we never get to stay here again. In less than an hour's drive we made it from west London to this idyllic Farm with lovely views of the Chiltern Ridge.
Gary came over to meet us and when he heard we had brought a little BBQ he went off and brought back a table for me to go and burn everything on, which was above and beyond. After welcoming us and explain all the property and area had to offer, he then kindly took our dog down to the fishing lakes for a quick walk along with his dog while we settled in for our stay. We spent Saturday drinking pimms next to the pool which is fenced off and not overlooked giving lots of privacy.
That afternoon, we went and sat down by the lake under the trees with the baby geese, while our dog wandered around. On Sunday we again enjoyed the pool which had warmed up and then took up Gary's recommendation for a walk along the Chiltern Ridge which included seeing a working steam train, some lovely cottages and woods, a high octane village cricket match and allowed our dog to go swimming in some babbling brooks.
We finished off our stay in the Peackock Country Inn with a nice roast and then were back in London again in under an hour. Essentially if staying in genuinely beautiful countryside with a private pool, accommodation and a superb host sounds awesome- It is because it is! We will definitely be returning here if it's not all booked up. The pool house as everything you need for a relaxing few days away.
We had a lovely stay at Steve and Patricia's place. Their place was spotless clean and comfortable. Patricia has been a great host and we had a good chat. Very nice and friendly couple. Menus from local pubs and restaurants were a nice touch. Complementary food and drink was also appreciated. Overall, would definitely stay there again. Bierton was a grat location. Simon was away when I stayed at his place. The house was toasty and the hot water plentiful. I was working at Waddesdon Manor which was only 4 miles away so Simon's place was ideal. I left my car parked outside on the kerbside and it was fine on both days. I'll definitely return next year. Simon was very warm, welcoming and helpful.

I stayed for 3 nights whilst working at the hospital and Uwa was a perfect host, available if I needed her but left me to it. The room is cosy and the bed is comfy. The hospital is only a 5 minute walk away and Uwa was kind enough to let me use her washing machine for my uniform. Uwa is an excellent and very kind host. The accommodation is simple but modern and offers a very good value for money. I cannot over state the feeling of kindness that was extended to me and thoroughly recommend the opportunity to stayparticularly if you need close proximity to Stoke Mandeville hospital.

We didn't go in to Aylesbury but from what I read at the home it looks like it has plenty of options for eating out.
We didn't think we got this here. We only seemed to see the hosts when we arrived, ate and left. We ate on our own except when talking to Paul to try and keep him around for longer. With all the doors closed we definitely felt that we were in someone else's house.

Large back porch and other outdoor living spaces. Other Air bnb guests mostly stay in their own space and occasionally pass through to use the kitchen. The bathroom is shared but still very little foot traffic thru living room. Each room is unique with murals hand painted by me in every room. The fun part of the space is looking for and finding the tiny pieces of 3-d art on the walls. We are near the Vallejo ferry and just several blocks from I and San Francisco is only 30 minutes away during low traffic times and over an hour during commute times.
The distance to the Napa Valley is about the same. The historic and beautiful Empress theater downtown also has many unique and interesting offerings. I love living here because it is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I have been here for 21 years and many of my neighbors have lived here longer than me and there is a real sense of community here. Our guest suite has a separate entrance and is very private.

The breeze from the lake is a plus! I wish we had more time to enjoy the lake but the next time we will. Cynthia was very accommodating and quick to reply to messages. The neighborhood was not what I expected.
However, the rental is nicely decorated and very clean. The only real problem I had was the neighborhood flooded so it was a little difficult getting to and from the rental, but that's just Mother Nature. Thank you for everything Cynthia. This place is one of the best we've ever stayed. Everything has been really thought about before full renovation. The decoration is simple, but with a very good taste. The bedroom is spacious, as is the bathroom and the walk-in closet. Everything was pristine clean.
On top of all this, it is a waterfront property, with a private deck, furnished with a table and chairs, under a beautiful tree Cynthia and Pedro are a really nice, welcoming couple. We completely recommend this place.

We are located very close to the Miami Airport. From the beach, in car just 20 minutes. It's a small, old and cozy house. House has not been updated.
Only the AC is new. You can stay at the back yard, o living room as well. We are next to the airport, just 9 minutes or 3. Noise can be an issue for you if you are sensible. Even though, if you close the windows, hardly you can hear them, but still use ear plugs if you need it. I have more than reviews, just 6 guests have complained about noise of the airport. But AC can be an issue also. Few guests complain about it.
